Vegetarian Pizza Recipes for Easter - Savoury & Sweet

We're bringing you our all-time favourite savoury and sweet pizza recipes that will have your guests begging for seconds. They're Vegetarian friendly and full of amazing flavours.
Get Hatch’d | Gourmet Breakfast Pizza
Get the party started early with our all-time favourite Easter breakfast pizza recipe. It is full of delicious complimenting flavours that will start your day on the sunny side (up)!
What you need:
- Il Uno Artisan 12” Classic Margherita Pizza Base
- Mushroom - 1 cup
- Rocket - 1 cup
- Small Egg - 1
- Caramelised Onion – 1 Cup
- Goats Cheese – 1/2 Cup
- French Maid Chipotle Salsa – 3 Tbsp
- Salt & Pepper
What you do:
- Gently form a crater in the centre of the pizza by flattening the pizza base using the back of a spoon to apply pressure. Do not pierce the pizza base
- Assemble all toppings onto the pizza base
- Crack egg into the crater of the pizza base
- Cook pizza in your Il Uno Express oven for 4 minutes
- Remove and drizzle with salsa sauce
- Garnish with salt and pepper
- Cut, serve and enjoy
Spicy Shakshuka | Brunch Pizza
Shakshuka your way into the Easter festivities with this amazing aromatic pizza recipe! It carries strong flavours with a hint of spice for the ultimate brunch pizza that’s perfect for Easter.
What you need:
- Il Uno Artisan 12” Classic Margherita Pizza Base
- Red Onion – 1/2 cup
- Capsicum - 1/2 cup
- Small Egg - 1
- Cherry Tomatoes - 1/2 cup
- Fresh Rocket – 1/2 cup
- Feta Cheese – 10g
- Smokey Paprika – Sprinkle
What you do:
- Gently form a crater in the centre of the pizza base by flattening the pizza base using the back of a spoon to apply pressure. Do not pierce the pizza base
- Assemble the red onion, capsicum, cherry tomatoes and feta cheese onto the pizza base
- Crack egg into the crater of the pizza base
- Cook pizza in Il Uno Express oven for 4 minutes

What you need:
- Il Uno Artisan 12” Classic Margherita Pizza Base
- Carrot - 1
- Broccoli – 1 Head
- Garlic Aioli - 10g
What you do:
- Cut broccoli and boil in hot water until softened
- Grate carrot into shredded pieces
- Assemble the cooked broccoli and carrot onto the pizza base
- Drizzle generously with garlic aioli
- Cook in your Il Uno Express oven for 4 minutes
- Remove, cut, serve and enjoy
Patch of Pastel | Dessert Pizza
Easter wouldn’t be complete without an abundance of sweets and pastel. Transform the festive season into a delicious Easter dessert pizza your kids will love!
What you need:
- Il Uno Artisan 6” Plain Pizza Base
- Vanilla Frosting - 1 cup
- Food Colouring of Choice – 1 Drop Each
- Large Marshmallows – 30g
- Mini Marshmallows – 15g
- Sweet & Salty Popcorn – 10g
- Easter Chocolate Eggs – 30g
Double the recipe if you would like to use our 12” Plain Base or 12” Vegetable Bases.
What you do:
- Cook pizza base in your Il Uno Express Oven for 4 minutes. Allow to cool.
- Separate the vanilla frosting into 3 separate batches
- Colour each batch of vanilla frosting with your choice of food colouring
- Spread the coloured vanilla frosting onto the pizza base
- Mix colours together using a knife, back of spoon or flat utensil to form a circular blend
- Assemble the sweets onto the pizza base
- Cut, serve and enjoy
Hoppe on Caramel | Dessert Pizza

What you need:
- Il Uno Artisan 12” Plain Pizza Base
- Biscoff Spread – 1 cup
- Banana – 1 cup
- Walnuts – 1/4 cup
- Hoppe Biscuits – 1 cup
- Whipped Cream –1/2 cup
What you do:
- Cook pizza base in your Il Uno Express Oven for 4 minutes. Allow to cool.
- Spread the Biscoff spread over the pizza base
- Assemble the banana, walnuts and Hoppe Biscuits onto the pizza base
- Top with whipped cream
- Cut, serve and enjoy
