Cookies & Dream Oreo Dessert Pizza

What you need:
- Il Uno Artisan 9” Plain Pizza Base
- Hazelnut Spread - 1/3 cup
- Vanilla Frosting - 2 tablespoons
- Maltesers - 20g/2 tablespoons
- White Chocolate - 20g/1/4 cup
- Original Oreos - 20g/1/4 cup
- Chocolate Syrup - 15g/1 tablespoon
Bake your plain base and allow to cool before topping. Evenly spread the hazelnut spread over the base and then add three dollops of vanilla frosting. Use a toothpick in circular motions to create a marble effect, then top your pizza with the Maltesers, white chocolate, Oreo pieces, and finally drizzle chocolate syrup in a zigzag motion.
Cheeseburger Pizza
This easy recipe uses ingredients you'll already have on hand and tastes just like a cheeseburger (trust us!). It's so simple and ultra indulgent.
- Il Uno Artisan 12” Classic Margherita Pizza Base
- Red Onion - 15g/1/4 cup
- Ground Beef - 50g/1/2 cup
- Liquid American Cheese Sauce - 10g/1 tablespoon
- Dried Coriander - 1/2 tsp
Layer your red onion and ground beef over the pizza base and bake, turning 180 degrees halfway through cooking. Finish with liquid cheese and garnish with coriander if desired.
Brunch Bruschetta Sharing Platter
Simple bruschetta, but we think this one's a little bit fancier. Perfect for sharing or having all to yourself (we don't judge)
What you need:- Il Uno Artisan 12” Plain Pizza Base
- Olive oil - 30g/2 tablespoons
- Finely chopped tomatoes - 40g/2 cups
- Feta - 30g/1/5 cup
- Balsamic glaze- 30g/balsamic glaze
- Fresh basil - 1 handful
Bake your Il Uno Artisan Plain Pizza Base and remove it from the oven. Slice, then drizzle with the olive oil and top with the tomatoes and feta. Finish with balsamic glaze and fresh shredded basil!
Pigs & Figs Pizza
Your favourite platter ingredients on a pizza; we love this one as not only does it look beautiful but it pairs perfectly with a Shiraz - it makes the ideal complement to bring out the sweet and salty elements of the pizza toppings.
- Il Uno Artisan 12” Pumpkin & Carrot Vegetable Pizza Base
- Pizza Sauce or pesto - 1 cup
- Artichoke Hearts - 10g/1/4 cup
- Fresh Figs - 30g (3 Figs, cut into quarters)
- Prosciutto - 80g/1 cup
- Rocket- 15g/1/4 cup
- Feta Cheese - 15g/1/3 cup
Bake your Il Uno base and turn 180 degrees halfway through cooking. Remove from the oven and add your pesto, and layer the ingredients in the above order, then serve!
Pav'lovin It Dessert Pizza
This is our twist on the classic pavlova. This show-stopping dessert tastes just as good as it looks and makes for the perfect fresh festive sharing dish!
What you need:
- Il Uno Artisan 12" Beetroot Vegetable Pizza Base
- Mascarpone - 1 cup
- Kiwi fruit - 20g/1/4 cup
- Strawberries - 20g/1/4 cup
- Blueberries - 20g/1/4 cup
- Banana - 20g/1/4 cup
- Passionfruit pulp - 10g/2 tablespoons
- Crushed Meringue - 20g/1/4 cup
- Fresh Mint - 1 tablespoon
What you do:
Bake your beetroot pizza base and allow to cool slightly before topping. Evenly spread the mascarpone over the base and scatter the sliced fruit. Finish with fresh mint, dollops of passionfruit pulp, and crumbled meringue pieces.
