Very Veggie Vegan Taco Pizza Recipe
Turn the heat up and serve this Tex Mex inspired vegan pizza that combines the best of both worlds - tacos and pizza! Top it with whatever veg you like and serve with sliced jalapeño and lots of fresh coriander.

What you need:
  • Il Uno Pumpkin & Carrot Artisan Vegetable Pizza base
  • 1 cup of Tomato sauce for the base
  • 1/2 a cup of shredded vegan cheese (optional)
  • 2 sliced jalapeño peppers
  • 1 finely chopped tomato
  • 1/4 of a cup of sweetcorn
  • 1/2 a cup of coriander
  • 1 teaspoon of chili flakes
What you do:
Cover your pizza with your tomato sauce base. Evenly scatter the vegan cheese over the base and add your tomato, jalapeño pepper and sweetcorn. Bake, then garnish with fresh coriander and serve! 
Our tip...Add some chili flakes to your sauce before spreading over your pizza base for a bit of extra spice!



Vegan BBQ Jackfruit Pizza
This vegan BBQ pizza recipe is loaded with jackfruit and is the perfect alternative for those who want a plant-based BBQ fix. Mix and match toppings if you feel like really making this recipe your own!

What you need:
  • Il Uno Plain Artisan Pizza base
  • 1 tin of young jackfruit
  • 3 tablespoons of BBQ sauce (make sure it’s vegan-friendly)
  • ½ a red onion
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • A handful of coriander for garnish
  • 1 tablespoon of vegan ranch dressing
What you do:
Break up or mash your jackfruit and add to a pan with your olive oil. Add the BBQ sauce and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes. Once cooked, spoon it over your pizza base, add the red onion and bake. Drizzle with some vegan ranch dressing and garnish with a handful of coriander, then serve!

What you need:

  • 1 cup of Tomato sauce for the base
  • 1 cup of shredded vegan cheese
  • 1/4 of a sliced red onion
  • 1 finely chopped tomato
  • 1/4 of a cup of sliced beetroot
  • 1/2 a cup of capsicum (red, green, yellow and orange)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
What you do:
Cover your pizza base with tomato sauce and a shredded vegan cheese of your choice. Thinly slice your vegetables and add to your pizza base along with salt and pepper to taste. Be careful not to overload your base with toppings. Bake and serve!


Vegan Caprese Pizza

With simple ingredients and oh so tasty flavours, this easy vegan Caprese pizza recipe will be a welcome addition to any menu!

What you need:
  • Il Uno Cauliflower Artisan Vegetable Pizza base
  • 2 cloves of garlic (crushed)
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • ½ cup of shredded vegan mozzarella cheese
  • 2 thinly sliced tomatoes
  • A drizzle of balsamic glaze
  • A handful of shredded, fresh basil
    What you do: 
    Drizzle olive oil over the base and add the crushed garlic, sparsely add a thin layer of vegan mozzarella and the thinly sliced tomato. Bake and serve with a drizzling of balsamic glaze and generous amounts of shredded basil.
