Plain Base Pizza Recipes - Brunch Bruschetta Sharer

Brunch Bruschetta Sharing Platter

Simple bruschetta, but we think this one’s a little bit fancier. Perfect for sharing or having all to yourself (we don’t judge).

What you need:
  • Il Uno Artisan 12" Plain Pizza Base
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 cups of finely chopped tomatoes
  • 1 cup of feta
  • A drizzle of balsamic glaze
  • A handful of fresh Basil
       Serve it with…
      • 1 cup of balsamic vinegar
      • 1 cup of olive oil
      • 1 cup of olives
        What you do:
        Bake your Il Uno Plain Artisan pizza base and remove it from the oven. Drizzle with the olive oil and top with the tomatoes and feta. Finish with balsamic glaze and fresh shredded basil!

          

        Plain Base Pizza Recipes - Hawaiian Pizza 

        Hawaiian Pizza

        An old classic which is oh so delicious and an easy option for the little ones in your life!

        What you need:
        • Il Uno Artisan 9" Plain Pizza Base
        • 1 cup of tomato sauce base
        • 1/2 a cup of cheese
        • 1/4 of a cup of cubed ham 
        • 1/4 of a cup of pineapple pieces
        • 1/3 of a cup of spinach
          What you do:
          Top your plain base with the tomato sauce, and add the cheese, cubed ham and pineapple pieces, then start baking. Halfway through baking, turn your pizza base 180 degrees and top with the spinach. Carefully remove from your Il Uno Express Oven, slice, and serve!

           

          Plain Base Pizza Recipes - Under the Sea Pizza

          Under the Sea Pizza

          We used cooked garlic mussels and lots of fresh parsley and lemon to create this rich treat. 

          What you need:

          • Il Uno Artisan 9" Plain Pizza Base
          • 1 cup of tomato sauce base
          • 1 large garlic clove
          • ½ a teaspoon of chili flakes
          • 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
          • 1 lemon, cut into quarters
          • 1 cup of cooked garlic mussels
          • ¼ of a cup of chopped parsley
            What you do:

            Crush the garlic and in a bowl and mix it into the tomato sauce base along with the chili flakes. Spread the tomato sauce mixture over the pizza and evenly sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the entire base. Place your pizza into your Il Uno Express Oven. Half-way through cooking, add the mussels and turn your pizza 180 degrees. Carefully remove your pizza from the oven and squeeze the juice of half a lemon over the pizza. Sprinkle liberally with parsley and serve with the remaining lemon wedges.

            Plain Base Pizza Recipes - Cookies & Dream Pizza

            Cookies & Dream Dessert Pizza

            Our heavenly cookie dessert pizza is a special one for those with a sweet tooth. It's quick, easy, and a real showstopper.

            What you need:
            • Il Uno Artisan 9" Plain Pizza Base
            • 1/3 of a cup of hazelnut spread
            • 3 tablespoons of vanilla frosting
            • 1/3 of a cup of Maltesers
            • 1/3 of a cup of white chocolate
            • 1/3 of a cup of Oreos
            • 1 tablespoon of chocolate sauce
            What you do:

            Bake your plain base (turning 180 degrees halfway through cooking!) and let it cool for a few minutes before adding the hazelnut spread to your pizza base. Add dollops of vanilla frosting and use a toothpick to swirl and mix it into the hazelnut spread. Top with the remaining ingredients and finish with a swirl of chocolate sauce.
