Our bases are stone baked to perfection to reveal an authentic Neapolitan look and taste that features a thin center, puffed crispy crust and peaking dough bubbles.

We use all-natural ingredients to ensure the highest quality taste. Our decadent San Marzano and Herb tomato sauce paired with our specially cubed Italian Mozzarella Cheese works in unison to provide the ultimate flavour sensation.

24-Hour Leavened Dough

Our pizza dough contains the highest quality flours included '000' Flour, live yeast & semolina.


The dough is proofed and portion-leavened for 24-hours, allowing the crust to peak and rise during baking to give the ultimate artisan look.

Tomato & Herb Sauce

Our San Marzano tomato sauce base is made of pure tomato pulpa, herbs and spices.


This combination works in unison with the pizza base to allow a fresh and tangy taste and contains no added sugars, water or preservatives.

Mozzarella Cheese

Our cubed 100% Mozzarella cheese is made to ensure the pizza gets an even cheese coverage.


The use of 100% Mozzarella makes for an extremely stringy cheese to perfection for the perfect stone baked pizza.

Leavening Process

Our pizza doughs are leavened in small batched for 24-hours.


This ensures the pizza dough has enough time to rise for the ultimate light and airy texture.

Hand-stretched

Each and every one of our pizza bases are hand-stretched to give the most authentic artisan look.


This means that each pizza will have its own unique shape, looking like you made it yourself.

Stone Baked Oven

Our pizza bases are cooked in traditional Italian stone ovens.


In combination with the leavening process, this gives the pizza bases it's dough bubbles and stone markings.

Partially Baked

The pizza bases are partially baked in traditional stone pizza ovens before being frozen and delivered straight to you.

This reduces in-store preparation and allow the pizza to be cooked within minutes in your kitchen.
